I’m curious if there is potential for Brad to move Vladar as a sweetener package with one of either 17 or 23’s contracts in the off season, and plan to have Wolf as the backup.
Is it possible that one of the current goalies on the roster are not 100%? I mean, of course anything is possible, but is there any reason to think that might be the case?
Vladar looked like he might have tweaked something in the shootout against Nashville? Total speculation of course, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Wolf is coming in for him, not Markstrom.
Edit: I guess he backed up against Dallas, so probably not…
If you genuinely want to rest Markstrom then you don't take the chance of him having to come in mid game. So I could totally see Wolf backing up Vladar for a game or two.

Yeah I think we can be better than this. This forum has improved over the years but it still has its share of posters that make it unfriendly to visitors and new posters.
Maybe they plan to play Wolf against Nashville and Minnesota to (a) give potential playoff opponents one less opportunity to scout the tendencies of Markstrom & Vladar and (b) keep Wolf sharp for the AHL playoffs. Vladar would then play tonight against Vancouver and Markstrom gets the final game against Winnipeg??

I know certain people diss me here but I have a story nevertheless.
In 2004, during the Cup finals in Tampa, three Flames jerseys were displayed on tables in the Flames dressing room. The expectation was that the players would sign them.
Darryl walked into the dressing room, saw these jersey’s, gathered them and threw them all in a garbage can and said something to the team (I’m not repeating).
I doubt very much that Mr Sutter is playing games with goalies right now.

I'll post how I'd like to, but I appreciate your input. Dino is a good dude too. He doesn't give flak to anybody unless its warranted.
I don't think you get it either. There are resident oil fans that we grant respect to and just rib for fun. They're different from the trolls.
I don't know about others but i find people who feel compelled to jump in and make a deal about other people's back and forths often bog things down worse than the people having said back and forths.
Everybody else recognized that it was standard troll treatment and let it be.
