Gap control and time and space. Work on these with McDavid on the ice and we should be just fine.
I would like an Oilers soul crushing defeat tonight.

Other than the Anaheim game early in the year, this is the most nervous I've been all season. Depending on which Flames team shows up, this could really go either way.
If the good Flames show up: 5-2 Flames.
If the lazy, sloppy, turnover machine Flames show up: We lose 5-4 and the Oilers become the new Honda Center curse.
For the love of god, please win! If we lose this one, we'll never hear the end of it. It'll be unbearable.

Oilers picked up Nathan Walker off waivers on Friday from the Washington Capitals, the first Australian born player to play in the NHL. The feisty 23-year-old winger was born in Wales

Seems a bit contradictory.

Massive game tonight and the one game I have had circled since the season started. It was unbearable in the dome on Tuesday against Toronto. I really hope the Flames are ready to go tonight. There is no reason they should hammer the Oil tonight without their starting goalie and 2-3 of their top 4 D in the lineup. Having said that they do have our number and McDavid elevates his game against Calgary. The way I see it the Oilers will either fold or be galvanized after the heart breaker against Toronto. The Flames are coming off one of their most complete wins last game and if that play carries over there is no reason why they shouldn’t do the same to Edmonton tonight.

Go Flames!

The Flames will have to play some kind of terrible to lose to a roster that has a blueline that looks like the Oilers tonight. That’s ugly.
Contain McDavid and just play their game and they’ll be fine. And if they get up a goal or two don’t let up. Crush them.

GG needs to show that he can coach against McDavid. To date, he's shown that he cannot... McDavid has more points against the Flames than any other team, AINEC.

Yeah but the Flames don’t handle offensive speed well. I bet McDavid has another good night against the Flames. Think we are going to need to score 4 or 5 to win tonight. No reason we can’t do that though.
