The depraved part of me wants this to end up at the logical, if totally extreme, conclusion: Everything is legal. AK's, grenade launchers, drones, 3D guns, whatever. Country has no hope, might as well turn it into as big a ####show as possible.

Don't think it applies to private property. It's been well established in the U.S. that any property, whether business, cafe, mall or arena can state that "No concealed carry, Open carry" etc. on their property

If Biden wants a legacy he needs to get rid of the filibuster, sign an executive order and ban these high capacity weapons off the streets. when the GOP regains power they can reinstate them to show the country they could care less about US lives.
Not to make light of it, but really, they need to seriously amend the constitution around the right to bare arms. I mean call these wackjobs at their game. Here we took away your right to fire arms. March on Washington and lets see how you fat ass militia nuts and gun nuts do against a battalion of Marines backed by armor and helicopter support.
Maybe a little law of natural selection is needed here.
