Default Wanted: Place to Rent May 1

Hey, if anyone has any places they want to rent starting May 1 - let me know. The girlfriends lease expires. She is a U of C medical student and will be performing her clerkship and the 3 major hospitals in the city (mainly rockyview).

I am a mechanical engineer working at a design firm in the city . I have great credit, don't smoke and have no pets. We would prefer to live north of Heritage, east of Sarcee Trail, South of Bow trail (although I love kensington and would do a viewing, if you don't mind the fact that it might be a waste of your time...), and west of macleod, however, all of those limits are not set in stone.

We are not really interested in main floor or bedroom suites. I won't list price ranges, but we are looking for over the $1,300 per month mark.

Hey all, sorry about the delay to my reply!

Not against living in the main floor of a condo building, just do not want a the main floor of a house at the moment.

Karl262, place looks great (really nicely done on the inside) - it is just to far north for me. Thank you though.

I have a place on 50th ave and 4th street SW.
907 sqft 2 bedroom, 2nd floor unit. The entire building was redone about 4 years ago.
In-suite washer/dryer, large kitchen with granite counters, and a huge granite island.
$1500/month (includes heat/water/sewer/1 parking spot).

Only catch is that the current occupants aren't out until August 1st.
If you're willing to wait a few months...

Thanks for the heads up, but as she needs to be out by July 1, and we are planning on moving in early despite this, Aug 1 is a little to late for us.

I have a place that is 2 blocks away from the Sunnyside train station.
4th floor walk up, corner unit, 710 sq ft, 2 bed/1bath, built in fire place and entertainment center, balcony, laminate floors, carpet in bed rooms, tiled bathroom, completely renovated building. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar. In-suite laundry. Looking for 1595 for rent, which includes covered parking stall, storage locker, and utilities.

Only catch, like I said, is that it is in Sunnyside, and we are looking at around May 15th for a move in date.
