Have to win games like this if they want to win the division. Hopefully they can build off Sunday night's game.

Here's hoping I can get back to NHL .500 tonight. I'm putting my 1 game winning streak on the line.

I feel like the Devils are a tough team to play even though their point total is bad. They have a lot of team speed

Given the effort level from Sunday and my belief that this team is ready to break out again, I'm confident they take this one.

If that Sunday game carries into tonight, I feel real bad for Blackwood

Haven't really paid attention to NJ this year, but what's their defence like?
There has to be a game Johnny breaks out, and facing the defence of a bottom feeder team could be the cure.

You would think devils would be quite at home in flames, but not these Flames. These Flames are really good flames, and good flames don’t like devils.

Stone in or will he need time to practice with the big boys before he’s put in?

NJD have good players and have had a few days off. CGY just needs to keep things rolling. They played some fantastic hockey. Focus on themselves and playing their game. CGY can keep improving, building their game and reaching even higher levels. I'm looking forward to see them come out flying again.

Oh Dude, don't do it! When I put my perfect record of 1-0 on the line the Flames lost in double overtime.

As long as the Flames show up, they should win this one. Just need to come out flying, get the jump on them early, and don't look back.

Have to win this one to keep pace. Make hay on this "easy" part of the schedule!

Excited for this one. It was good to see the boys start to execute again on Sunday.

5-1 Flames.

Monahan (x2)
Tkachuk (1)
Mangiapane (1)
Giordano (1)

Gaudreau finishes the night with 4 assists.

Real curious to see how Peters mixes up the defense today.

Flames skate in 45 minutes.

Stone needs to get a couple games in at NHL speed, so i think we see him tonight and probably Saturday to add some muscle against a heavy team like the Jets.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least, and since the ripple effect is knocking Fantenberg out of the lineup (already know he's solid) and pushing Andersson to the top pairing I think that's an easy decision to make.

Flames could use a blowout to get their heads right. New Jersey seems like a good team to blowout. Make it so!
