Correct me if I'm wrong, but Detroit, NY Rangers, and Calgary are the only teams that haven't drafted top 3 in the past 25 years.
I guess maybe Boston is close, since Thornton was drafted awhile ago. They only drafted Seguin because of a good trade. Minnesota doesn't seem to draft high either.

Edmonton. It would be hilarious to watch them draft Hughes and put another center on the wing and watch him command $16M when his ELC is up. They’ll still never win anything but lotteries.

The Rags or Wings. Both Eastern Conference teams that rarely draft high. I don't want to see a Western Team win and Buffalo, Florida, Philly, and NJ have had enough top picks recently.

3 teams from the Eastern Conference that finish behind the Oilers so the Oil fall 3 full spots in the draft. If there aren't 3 teams from the east behind the Oil then Florida, and two teams behind the Oil.
