No, it is not. It’s too close to call. The edge of the puck looks even with the goal line. Yes, you can see a bit of white between it and the line, but is that separation from the line, or are those ice-chips?
It’s not at all so obvious.

But it is not obvious. It might be a goal, but there is enough uncertainty there to question that call.
