I just sold 200,000 bells worth of fountains. Cost me my entire supply of stone though. I’m gonna hop islands to get some more.

The tarantula trick still works if you get a bamboo island after 7. There's no rivers or ponds to spawn the water beetles, so it's the best chance to make big money if you're lucky enough to get a bamboo island

Also a heads up, there are items you can get if you link your game to the mobile game, Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. I did it mainly for the campsite sign, but I've also ended up using the hat more than any other one I've found in the game. This link explains how to do it. If you haven't played Pocket Camp I'm pretty sure you just need to install it and play the tutorial

Nice! I think the only thing I'm not happy with is the limited time stuff.. I really want a few of the cherry blossom recipes but even after finding out the how the balloons spawn and spending a while fishing and digging up clams and popping every balloon I still only have one recipe.

They spawn on the 4 and 9 minutes, west side in the day east side at night though that might switch for different people (north south maybe?). Basically run up and down the beach at the 0 and 5 minutes and you should hear/see one.. though every so often it'll be 10 or 15 minutes between two spawns instead of 5.

Thanks! I'll probably want to use a bunch to decorate my island eventually, but I might take you up on that if I don't end up getting one.

Though I also learned that while some events like bunny day are online (i.e. you can't time travel to them), the cherry blossom event isn't, so if I really want I can time travel to April 1-10 to try some more, that makes me feel a bit better about it, I don't like to time travel too much but for something like that I don't mind.

EDIT: Found a big fish island where all the fish that spawned was size 4 to 6.. was a good place to practice telling the difference between 5 and 6, and I got my 100 fish caught without missing achievement too, then depopulated everything smaller and got some tuna and oar fish.

FYI it's the blossoms you need (as there's also fruit cherries). They're all over you just need a net to catch them.

Only way I've seen cherry trees were from islands on Nook Miles ticket.

Yeah as far as I know you have your one native fruit, and you can get a second fruit from visiting another island with a nook miles ticket.. but those are the only two you can get normally. To get all the other ones you have to visit another player's island.

I don't care about gathering all the kinds so I'm fine with Oranges and Apples.

The foreign fruit btw sells for 500 Bells so once you get it you can grow an orchard of them and/or replace most of the fruit trees on your island for a little more income.

I got a bamboo island and filled up my inventory with tarantulas without getting bit. Then I'm not back at my home island for 5 minutes before one of those bastards snuck up and bit me.

I discovered yesterday trash island, flower island and tarantula island. I made 288k bells selling tarantulas.

Back to the fruit topic, I have pears as my native fruit and I’ve found peaches, apples and coconuts.

I wish you posted yesterday afternoon. They were selling 515 bells a piece. They are currently selling at 94 bells.
