Legend of Bagger Vance.
Critics decided they didn't like it because of supposed racist elements. Only white people are allowed to be magical in movies I guess.
edit: Oh, and Nacho Libre is one of the greatest comedies of all time.

I'm in the very small minority that liked Catwoman
Galaxy Quest. (Although it might just be that most missed out on this, even though it's possibly the best scifi parody movie.)
Reign of Fire.
IMO Inglourious Basterds is brilliant, which I'm sure puts me in a minority at least.
Thor 1 is IMO among the better Marvel movies.
The Last Starfighter. Oh wait, it's 75% on Rotten Tomatoes? Would not have guessed.
Willow.

How can anyone who has ever watched Star Trek not like Galaxy Quest (note: I get that you do, just never met anyone who disliked it)
[the crew is on a shuttle descending to an alien planet]
Guy Fleegman: I changed my mind. I wanna go back.
Sir Alexander Dane: After the fuss you made about getting left behind?
Guy Fleegman: Yeah, but that's when I thought I was the crewman that stays on the ship, and something is up there, and it kills me. But now I'm thinking I'm the guy who gets killed by some monster five minutes after we land on the planet.
Jason Nesmith: You're not gonna die on the planet, Guy.
Guy Fleegman: I'm not? Then what's my last name?
Jason Nesmith: It's, uh, uh - -I don't know.
Guy Fleegman: Nobody knows. Do you know why? Because my character isn't important enough for a last name, because I'm gonna die five minutes in.
Gwen DeMarco: Guy, you have a last name.
Guy Fleegman: DO I? DO I? For all you know, I'm "Crewman Number Six"! Mommy... mommy...
Sir Alexander Dane: Are we there yet?

Hot Rod is on my list too, but I feel like it's getting a cult following now.
Kung Pow is another ridiculous guilty pleasure movie that nobody else likes.
Withnail and I. Nobody has seen it, but when I show it to people they aren't thrilled with it. I love it.
Magnolia (or any P.T. Anderson movie that isn't There Will Be Blood). I think he's an amazing director.
Stranger Than Fiction. People hate anything Will Ferrell, which is unfortunate if it kept them from this wonderful movie.

So I guess this is like a guilty pleasures thread?
National Treasure series (where is the third movie!?)
Transformers series
That's all I can think of for now. Not that I love these series, but I enjoy them for what they are.

Kingdom of Heaven was a pretty mediocre movie however the Directors Cut makes it a completely different film IMO. I like it.
Do people hate Starship Troopers? I love that movie.
For me,

Signs, I've actually gone back and forth on this one over the years, but at worst it's a really well shot movie. This or Unbreakable is still Shyamalan's best work.
Titanic, everyone seems to hate this movie for some reason, but I still find myself watching it most years. I think its overwhelming success negatively effected its status. It didn't deserve to win best picture, but there have been many worse winners over the years. Sure it's overly simplistic, but I think that works in this type of movie.
Ernest movies. Loved them as a kid, and I still think some of them are still good for a few occasional laughs. Specifically Ernest Saves Christmas, Ernest Scared Stupid, Ernest Goes to Jail, and Ernest Goes to School.
The Cable Guy. Hated it the first few times I saw it, but it's grown on me over the years. Not what I expected from a Jim Carrey movie from the 90's, but aside from Broderick's boring performance I think the movie is quite interesting.
The Ace Ventura movies. Not sure if people still like these, but there are a ton of laughs to be had in each of them. The second one is worse, but some of the jokes still work on me.
The Ten Commandments. Seems to get a lot of hate these days, but I think for a movie done in 1956 the special effects still hold up, and most of the movie itself is quite enjoyable. Heston isn't a great actor by any means, but for some reason I like his work in certain movies.

Bad Boys 2. Me and my best friend love it but it seems most people hate it.
A View to a Kill. One of my favourite Bond movies and its universally reviled as one of the worst.

Hot Rod is not a critical success, and I've heard a lot of people call it stupid and not funny.
Lots and lots of people don't like PT Anderson movies. There Will Be Blood is the only one that most admit is a good movie, but they still don't like it that much. Boogie Nights gets a good amount of love too. However, The Master, Hard Eight, Punch Drunk Love, and Magnolia specifically, all get a lot of hate or under appreciation. Magnolia is an amazing film but people dismiss it because of frogs falling from the sky. There is an element of surreality to his films that intrude into the mundane stories and characters that he portrays with incredible reality, and a lot of people find that jarring and confusing. I can't get enough of it.

Well Hot Rod I was just joking about, but I've never met anyone that didn't at least appreciate a couple of P.T. Anderson's films. So I stick by my original statement.

I don't have many that are not listed here, except for Hall Pass.
My wife and I loved it. However, it is also the only movie that I have ever got in a fight with a stranger over. In the Mac's on 4th some random drunk guy asked me if I had seen it, I said yes, and that I really liked it. He lost his marbles on me, told me it was garbage, and actually tried to pick a fight. I just kept saying I thought it was funny. It escalated pretty quickly.
In the end we agreed to disagree, but that movie will always stand out as the only one I have nearly come to blows over.

Almost Heroes with Chris Farley and Matthew Perry is one of the most underrated comedies ever. There was so much gold in that movie, and not just the laughs from Farley. I can watch that movie over and over and still find funny things.
Any crappy barbarian movie is thoroughly enjoyed by me to this day. Also Mortal Kombat movies.

Not sure if it's considered hated, but I have read some pretty critical reviews for The Fifth Element. I absolutely love that movie, probably one of my top 10 favourite movies of all time. I just watched it again a couple weeks ago, and it's still so good.

Everybody likes Withnail and I. It's hilarious.
Agree with Hot Rod. I thought it would suck, I was wrong.
