even if hes not in the NEXT cuts hes getting passed by a few guys thats for sure. He drfinitely needs to stand out tonight.

So Dube and Mangiapane have both excelled at level 1 (the rookie games) and at level 2 (the first pre-season games with weak, make-shift rosters).
Tonight is their first crack at step 3 - what do they look like alongside NHL talent?
(step 4 will be - how do they hold up as the intensity and quality of play pick up in the last few pre-season games?)
There is a real chance that one of these guy grabs that 12th spot, as both have looked really good so far. It is going to be fun watching it play out, and if one of them can take it all the way to the house.

I don't usually get too excited about pre-season PP units, but I really want to see both of those!
Looking forward to seeing Neal, Andersson, Dube, Mangiapane, Valimaki, and Czarnik
No Lindholm or Hanifin unfortunately. But this lineup is just about as interesting as you could ever hope for in September.
