Filling out the survey, what are those multi crosswalks called that give cyclists the same right of way as pedestrians?
Like on Milligan Road SE coming out of Lynnview?

Bike through there daily until the pathway is opened.
Those are:
Never painted
Markings I would never trust a driver to see or understand
Therefore they do not exist
Therefore I yield if traffic is in range

Anyone heading to Pano for opening weekend? Seems insanely early, especially since they had a late and large snowpack. I'm headed out for Sunday if anyone wants to share a lap and a pitcher with another CPer.

Recently back 7-day mountain biking trek to the mecca of MTB > Moab, Utah.
Such an amazing place to ride.
Now looking forward riding our local trails! Any CPers getting out yet?

Did you do a guided trip or just DIY?

DIY, but had the benefit of riding with 3 guys who have been going to Moab for over a decade - it was my 2nd year joining them.

Our itinerary:

Day 1: Na###o Rocks/Taco

Day 2: Captain Ahab
https://www.instagram.com/p/Bispt2jB...-by=chrisra1ph

Day 3: Whole Enchilada shuttle (went to Hazard County, farther up than last year)
https://www.instagram.com/p/BivoNanB...-by=chrisra1ph

Day 4: Pipe Dream (shorter ride - just by the town - basically to justify beer/nachos/etc after wards : )

Day 5: Himasa, Amasa Back, Pothole Arch, Rockstacker, Jackson

Day 6: Whole Enchilada shuttle (2nd time!)

This is my first few rides ever using clipless pedals, and I'm finding my feet going numb part way through my ride. Any advice on some adjustments i should try to prevent this?

I had numbness happen with an old pair of shoes when the weather was hot. Typically cycling shoes are supposed to be snug so your feet aren't moving around, but if you have wide/flat feet like me, when they swell in the heat you can get numbness. Loosening your shoe slightly might help.

It could also be the clip position but that's a tougher one to diagnose. Playing around with the placement and testing it out is an annoying but cheap way to see what might be causing it.

Getting a bike fit is more expensive but would help with your entire riding posture and feet.

If that doesn't work I would go back to where you bought it and ask them to set your bike up on the trainer to see if they can spot anything that is wrong. I don't get any numbness, so I can't really help you.

I have no idea if you can even get these here in Canada, but this popped up in my twitter feed a couple minutes after I finished browsing this thread and maybe it's coincidence, maybe it's Baader-Meinhoff... I dunno.

Garneau released this last year for road cycling with flexible, ventilated sides to allow for expansion.

Spoiler!

Speaking of Baader-Meinhoff, this also came up in my feed reader a few minutes ago: https://www.smbc-comics.com/comic/frequency
