Chromecast from nhl.com (Flames) app
Have enjoyed watching free playoff hockey from time to time courtesy of the NHL (whoda thunk?).
When I cast from my iPhone 6 to the TV from the Flames app (which is really nhl.com's app) there is generally no problem But every once in a while the "controls" show up (time/pause/"Live" etc). Can't figure out why, or how to get rid of them except by stopping the cast and restarting it.
It might happen when the phone receives a text or a call, but I can't be 100% certain about that. Anyone else?
