Looks like fairly underwhelming. Looking at fangraphs preseason it is the Padres number 11 prospect plus 2 fringe guys.

Braves might to be the first team in baseball history to finish a season with a +100 run differential and a losing record. It's going to take a lot, but they might be able to do it. Lol

Joey Gallo has been traded to the Yankees.

Joey Votto has hit atleast one homerun in 6 straight games to set a Reds record. Not bad for a soon to be 38 year old. Dude is quietly putting up some solid numbers again.

I'm a huge Votto fan and all his quirkiness. If he continues to put up solid numbers for the remainder of his career I wonder if he ends up in the hall of fame discussion.

That's wild. Gotta admire the Padres management for going absolutely all in. But they're looking like the 2nd wild card team who will have to play in LA or SF in a one game showdown. Scary prospect for a team purging assets at an alarming rate.

Jack Curry of YES Network reports that prospects Kevin Alcantara and Alexander Vizcaino will be heading to Chicago, and that the Cubs will pay all of Rizzo's salary.
