The league wasnt being won, so nothing was really lost

Worst loss for Spurs today is that Kane was limping at the end and Poch is worried about him. Compound that with Son leaving for international duty again and Sissoko and it’s basically a disaster. Our record without Kane is actually quite good, but I think that’s because we had Son.

Wow, David Wagner is leaving Huddersfield Town immediately. He just said he needs time away from management. That's a big blow to them I think.

I look at the Boly red and think that Pogba foul yesterday, that Kompany foul against Liverpool, that Van Dijk foul in the CL, all looked very similar, but no red. Even when VAR comes with fouls like that it's going to be interesting to see if some kind of standard is established rather than a straight judgement call.

I didn't want to say anything about the Pogba foul yesterday because it would seem like sour grapes and complaining about the officiating after a loss. But I can't help it....Dean was completely atrocious!
Think of that ridiculous challenge that almost everyone thinks should be a straight red. Dean didn't even give him a yellow for that! He gave the yellow because Pogba threw the ball away! So really...he should have at least received a yellow for the challenge, and then another for the ball throwing, and instead he got nothing for the challenge.

yeah Pogba was lucky yesterday.
as he was last week when he was at the receiving end and Shelvey somehow didn't get sent off. PL refs are atrocious, period.

Didn't even take two weeks for Liverpool loaning out Clyne to spectacularly backfire as Alexander-Arnold is now out for a month. Van Dijk gonna have to carry them ever more, although if he gets hurt it's definitely curtains on Liverpool's chances.

Sven Mislintat is set to leave Arsenal after a series of disagreements over the Gunners' organisational structure and transfer strategy, a source within the club has confirmed.
The 46-year-old head of recruitment had been hired just over a year ago by Ivan Gazidis and Arsene Wenger to replicate the success he has had in spotting undervalued talents such as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Ousmane Dembele and Shinji Kagawa at Borussia Dortmund.

I feel really bad for him. However he will always be a legend in that town. He brought them something they never believed they would see in their lifetimes.
An exceptionally nice man as well. My buddy’s 9 year old twins had pictures taken with him. He looked as happy to be in those photos as they were.

Didnt he just sign a new contract?
EDIT: Evidently not. But hes been their best player for a long time now. Give that man his money.

there's been contract talks for a while now, but he hasn't signed a new deal yet. Hopefully both his and Martials new deals are done soon. Just pay the man, whatever it takes ... he's earned it.

In the past they have done well without kane, but that was with son, so I'm not too worried then, but could be tricky in the meantime

Anyone else see this presser (or things about it) from Bielsa? It's really quite unbelievable! Short version is he was accused of spying. Some thought that the called an emergency presser to resign today, but he opened that by saying he wanted to have this to focus on that spying issue and then tomorrow have the regular presser before they play Stoke. From there, it just gets even stranger though as he admits to spying on everyone and is giving all of his evidence on how to beat Derby (they've already played them home and away, so I guess he doesn't care and might as well take a stab at Lampard while he's at it!)
Anyway, great twitter feed here, if you've got a few minutes: https://twitter.com/PhilHayYEP?lang=en-gb
