I was sick after reading this. 26 days is wayyyy to short of a life. Just not fair.

Edit: Yah, Aeneas...good call. If you have kids, you might now want to read.

No person is that sick, in order to be a person you must be human, and whoever can do such a thing doesn't meet the requirements.

People are capable of so much worse...

So to answer your question, yes.

i have a 4 1/2 month old and to look at my daughter and even have the split second thought of harming her turns my stomach! accidentally! people like this need to be shot and pissed on, drawn and quarted, and tossed in an outhouse. better yet, give me 5 minutes with them, a bat, and a few friends.

Give me the power to instill a conscience and guilt.

Then let 'em stew.....

It really doesn't get any worse. Equally twisted, evil, or disgusting I suppose, but it doesn't get much worse than murdering a 26 day old baby imo.

Doing that is pretty pointless and won't change anything. Just throw them in the slammer and forget about the key.

Could be a case of postpartum depression. My mom's friend turned into a raving lunatic when she had her daughter.

Either this or idiotic, selfish boyfriend.

Sounds like the mother may be a suspect. And not too bright either...

The night before the baby died, Herchak posted a Facebook wall conversation on a friend's page urging her to meet up at a Macleod Trail nightclub, the Back Alley.
I'm pretty sure when you have a 3 week old child at home, your nightclub days are over...

...Plus she's still a selfish, idiotic child that thinks things will be the same after having a baby.
