I don't think Sharangovich looks checked out. He just hsn't had pucks go in like before, and he's got more defensive responsibilities in the middle. Huberdeau and Kuzmenko are also looking to each other a bit more. But he got a couple nice shots away off Huberdeau passes. A month ago those were going in. At the end of the day he's a middle six forwward and those guys have streaks.

I don't see him tuned out. He's a talented, but inconsistent skill player where sometimes he's feeling it and sometimes he's not. That's what you get with these guys. And why they aren't ideal. But for a team entering a re-whatever, not a bad guy to have.

Sharangovich shouldn't be playing center. That experiment has had mixed results. I'd personally swap Zary and Shakbait.

Everything you need to know about Huska came out that game.
Down 4-0 and with an absolute sliver of a chance at coming back. Calls a time out and hands the reigns over to Marc Savard to draw something up for the 5 on 3.
Huska's entire system is predicated on being the most passive hockey team possible. Waiting for the other team to mistakes may have worked in Junior, but it didn't in the AHL and it doesn't in the NHL.
Worst coaching hire of the last 20 years, and that is saying something.

Would you not expect him to have his PP coach draw up the play for the 5 on 3?
