But even though it feels like the Bucs haven't been great and are winning, they've also kicked three redzone FGs and that might haunt them.

Brees really throwing away this game. Honestly shouldn’t be this close when the Bucs have 0 turnovers and the Saints 3.

As much as the game is ever evolving, this is still the most critical aspect of playoff football. Even if you have an all-time great QB like Brees you can't win with three turnovers.

You know this is going to end with the Bills losing to Brady again.
Another story developing is no team has ever played in a Super Bowl in their own stadium. It would be ironic that it finally happens in a year you cant have spectators.

Sad way to end a career for Drew. Definitely wasn’t the way he pictured it.

Sad end for Drew if this is it, all those picks were terrible.

Don’t know how you blame that on the receiver.

I mean it was catchable, not easy at all, but it was also a throw into triple coverage.

It is. Ever since the rib injury the narrative changed and this would be his last year. Got a deal with NBC on the table. Hate to see him go out like this, but the offence did it to themselves.
Sorry to see Brees playing his final game. On the plus side, I'm happy to see Jared Cook's final game as a Saint

14-2 in the divisional round, like Brady or not that is insane.

What a sad way for Brees to end his career. Have to wonder if his mid season injuries played a part in his play today. It probably sucks that it has to end in a game against Brady.

I think this also solidifies Brady as the GOAT.
Changes teams and conferences, new coach and overall offence, no real chance to have an offseason or camp with the new team, and still had a good year and makes it to the Conference finals.

Opening lines next week are GB -3.5 and KC -2.5. Obviously that KC number will swing dramatically if Mahomes doesn't play.

Echo the sentiment that it's disappointing to see Brees end like this. Very fine career but not much playoff success after that Superbowl win. That blown PI call two years ago really took away his last real chance.

I don't think it's that bad of a way to go out for Brees. The fact that the Saints got this far is testament to their coaching and Brees managing to put up points despite having little in the way left of arm strength. We are talking about an offense that was strictly limited to throwing the ball less than 20 yards and they still made it work for most of the season and if Cook wasn't awful today they may have won. Pretty amazing season but definitely time to hang things up.
