Matthew Phillips out month-to-month with fractured kneecap
Will require surgery.
Mentioning it in this forum given his first call up status.
He was ninth in AHL scoring at the time.

Ok enough is enough on injuries to our young prospects; we’ve payed it forward now hockey gods.
Devastated for Mathew Philips; he was on the cusp for a real look.

Man, what is happening lately with these fractured knee caps.
Leivo out with a fractured knee cap, kevin miller had TWO fractured knee caps last year.
erik johnson had a fractured kneecap the year before.

"Pay us or we break your kneecaps!"
Like...what kind of monetary remuneration value do kneecaps have? And then they break your kneecaps and they still owe you the money but they cant work and earn it...? You'd think if they do the knees in that would make you square...
So many questions. The Mafia is just usually so much more 'on the ball' collection-wise than that.

I can't even begin to imagine how much a fractured kneecap would hurt.

Always cheering for Matty Phillips. Favourite Victoria Royal ever. Glad he has bounced back from what sounds like an awful injury.
