There still is the story and pace through the online multiplayer though. Which I thought was interesting at the time. Pretty similar to Apex Legends in a sense I guess.
As for no 120, that sucks..I feel like playing at 120 fps is the reason to own a next gen consoles. At least as of now.
Insomniac just released a "gameplay" trailer for the new Ratchet and Clank game. According to the folks on Resetera there's a State of Play for the game (whatever that means) happening on Thursday. The trailer doesn't have much gameplay but overall things look really good.
After seeing this and a few other PS5 games I'm really excited to see what Microsoft brings to the table regarding a true next-gen game. GamePass is great and everything but they haven't had much in terms of first party (or even second/third party?) games for the Series X.

Returnal comes out this Friday and looks really great. Developed by Housemarque out of Helsinki, Finland and is a third-person shooter featuring roguelike elements and covering the psychological horror genre. Here's a few short trailers that have come out in the past few weeks:

Returnal looks so good. I've got it predownloaded and ready to go for Friday.
Can't wait to play a new "next-gen" console title, and see what it can do with the dualsense.
Yep Returnal does look awesome, Housemarque hasn’t missed yet. I’ve also got it preloaded ready to go.
Doubled down on a 65” LG CX and and an Atmos soundbar; might wait for a sale. That game reminds me of Recore, which was a very underrated game, much like Ryse was on Xbox.

Yeah, but it's the same price regardless if you play MLB or not so you're not wasting money on it if sucks. You still get to play all of the good games for the same price.

I've paid a total of $1 for about ~4 years of Game Pass service (and counting). As well my buddy who I console share with gets to use my GP account for free that entire time.
When I renewed my GP account 9 months ago, I used my Microsoft points and for some reason they let me renew under that same $1 promotion. Even though I was a renewing member I was allowed to do it again.
So 2 users, 4 years and counting, for $1
