Randy Richards could walk and I wouldn't bat an eye. He's about only the only one that leaps off the page though for me. Huf has some tough decisions this off-season.

That has to be 3/4 of the team.
Holy smokes there is work to do for Huf and crew.

Based on the link most teams have a significant number of free agents.
Imthinking this has to do with the new CBA and uncertainty around the cap.

Greg Ellingson charged with failing to provide a breath sample. Set to become a free agent in February.
The Ottawa REDBLACKS are aware that a charge of failing to provide a breath sample into a roadside screening device was laid against Greg Ellingson on Friday morning. The Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group and the REDBLACKS will continue to collect information in this case. In the interim, Ellingson will not be participating in team activities. Because this is a personal legal matter, the REDBLACKS will have no further comment on this specific case at this time.

I'm being picky, but the last player on your list should be Wiggan, not Thurman.

Shakeup in Steeltown...
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Monday Orlondo Steinauer as their new head coach and that June Jones is moving to associate head coach and offensive coordinator.
“After working closely with Orlondo last season, it was obvious to me that he’s ready to take the next step in his career and become a head coach in the CFL,” Jones said in a team release. “He’s earned this opportunity and the time was now. I made a decision that in order to put our best foot forward and bring a Grey Cup championship back to Hamilton, we needed to keep him here and expand his role. Winning is the most important thing and I’m excited about our great opportunity for success in 2019 with Orlondo returning as head coach.”

Duron Carter given Absolute Discharge by Argos after pleading guilty in pot possession case. I would have to think he is out of chances and done in the CFL.

Given the nature of the offence and the fact that it's legal now, I'm not so sure that finishes him in the CFL.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Duron Carter on an AAFL team for their inaugural season.

I wouldn't be surprised to see CHRIS Carter on one of these teams.

Yeah but 3 teams in the past 3 years have just washed their hands of him and asked him to go away. I'd be pretty shocked if any of the remaining teams took a chance on him, charges or not.

I think he's close to done. It's not like he's really a great receiver. He's a good athlete and can make some nice highlight film catches but he's never show to be a guy that can get open constantly as his career stats line is pedestrian.

Stamps have released Chris Matthews so that he can pursue NFL opportunities...
Matthews signed with the Stamps in October making 12 receptions for 252 yards and one touchdown in four regular season games adding seven grabs for 98 yards in two playoff contests including Calgary’s Grey Cup championship victory. He added playmaking ability to a Stamps receiving core that had been hit with a number of injuries.

Though he wasnt a Stamp for very long, he was a huge part of the team winning the Grey Cup. An absolutely perfect replacement player at a position that could not have needed someone like him any more than it did.
I wish him nothing but the best.
Unless he signs with the Vikings or Bears.
