Chromeo is my most anticipated album so far this year. Should be sexy!
I think a lot of artists this year will be trying the Beyonce/MBV/Radiohead release approach and just drop an album with no publicity or build up.

The Hold Steady Announce New Album Teeth Dreams, Tour
http://pitchfork.com/news/53522-the-...h-dreams-tour/
On March 25, the Hold Steady will release a new album, Teeth Dreams, as Billboard reports. It will be released through a newly established imprint of the Razor & Tie label called Washington Square. (Previous Hold Steady albums were out through Frenchkiss and Vagrant). This follows 2010's Heaven Is Whenever as well as frontman Craig Finn's 2012 solo album Clear Heart Full Eyes (and his beer). The album was produced by Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice in Chains, Rush, Evanescence).
Along with the record, the Hold Steady will release a 12" EP of covers to raise money for the K + L Guardian Foundation, a fund to support the children of a Hold Steady superfan who died in 2012. It's available with membership to the band's fan club, the Unified Scene, via Pledgemusic.

Any info on the new Tool album? It was supposed to be out in this timeframe but I've heard nothing.

Switchfoot "Fading West" out now. Solid album which makes three in a row for them. Same style, similar sound but yet not boring. Sure to find their way to the NFL fade to commercial playlists or nighttime dramas.
