Haven't seen a thread for this yet. The cast for Big Brother this summer has been released.

Some noteworthy people this year include:
Tiffany Rousso - The sister of Vanessa Rousso who finished in 3rd place last year after dominating most of last season.

Paulie Calafiore - Brother of Cody Calafiore who was the runner-up to Derrick in BB16 two years ago.

With only 12 new houseguests, rumours are that these four houseguests will be returning to join them:

Frank Eudy - 7th place in BB14. Notable for his challenge prowess and saving Dan with the veto at his "funeral," only to get backstabbed by Dan the following week.

James Huling - 7th place in BB17. "Hillbilly Asian" and fan favorite award winner from last year.

Nicole Franzel -7th place in BB16. Nerdy superfan who won a competition against the other jury members to return to the game.

Da'Vonne Rogers - 16th place in BB17. Was very confrontational during her short time in the house and sealed her fate after correctly guessing about the twin twist and telling other houseguests.

Based off looks alone, this cast seems very meh.
I really enjoyed last season, hope this year's edition is pretty good too!

Last year it was pretty easy to tell from first impressions which role each person was supposed to fill. You had the nerd, the jock, your schemers, the hot girl, the superfans, etc..

I guess that isn't really clear to me initially with this group. Usually there's one or few people who look like they'll be big, memorable characters at the start of the season but I can't really pick out anyone here.

I'm sure once it starts it'll be very easy to get excited again.

I will say this is a pretty young cast. All but two in their 20's. IMO would be a little better if they more evenly balanced things out with more 30 year olds. I realize attractive people bring in the ratings but there's not enough variety in the house. At the end of the day the 50 year old dude has zero chance of winning.

Hopefully Tiffany is less dramatic than Vanessa. I couldnt stand all her crying last season

I don't think it's going to take long for the houseguests to figure out Tiffany is Vanessa's sister. They look very similar, and have almost exactly the same voice.

I feel like the teams things is going to be just another twist most of us will be waiting to end quickly.

Paul is annoying. But I'm glad there are newbies who are willing to go after the vets, seems like the vets always steamroll everybody else in these mixed new/returnee seasons.

Boy that cheerleader is cute. Da'Vonne has learned nothing from her first go around. Was amongst the first to be booted last year and will also be amongst the first to be booted this season. She simply doesn't have the temperament to succeed in the house. Very surprised she was brought back in the first place.

Not exactly sure why Tiffany is so scared to let the cat out of the bag. It's so obvious she's Vanessa's sister and more than a few in the house figured that out in the first day. The longer she holds out the worst it looks on her.

Because everyone hated Vanessa? Especially those watching from home?

She claims she is different than her sister but most would probably assume she is just the same.

I get that but trying to be sneaky and hide/deny is something her sister would do so if she wanted to distance herself from her sister and have the house believe she's not the same as her sister, coming out would have looked better. Honestly do you think it's even going to take a week before she gets called out on it? A few figured it out in less than a day already.

Yah i agree. I would have jumped at the opportunity when the other guy came out as that guys brother.
