No doubt his zombie followers will make this something of a success, but thank christ we didn't see his ####ty grimdark take in an actual Star Wars film.
As reported by The Direct, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige conceded that Multiverse of Madness' marketing gave away one too many noteworthy cameos. "There's been too much in the trailers, I don't want to talk about anything else," he stated before going on to praise director Sam Raimi's visual ambition.
Smoke and mirrors.. this movie is rumoured to have an insane number of cameos, Feige is trying to throw us off the scent! Lower expectations going in.

Not really. Like all the Marvel D+ shows, it just was, not great but certainly not bad.
I thought it stood out as the worst. I've mostly enjoyed the others. And was into Moon Knight through most of it. Didn't stick any sort of landing to me.
A common theme in the Marvel D+ series is open-endedness and some do it better than others. I wasn't super excited at the end of Moon Knight like I was at Loki, and it wasn't as deflating as Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I'm much more invested in the character than I am the lore and the story and the post-credits scene feeds into that, so it seemed to recognize its strength going forward.
If I was ranking Phase 4 thus far:
Spider-Man: No Way Home
Loki
WandaVision
Shang-Chi
Hawkeye
What If...
Black Widow
Moon Knight
Eternals
Falcon and the Winter Soldier

I personally enjoyed the entire show, and the finale was good but not great. There were a few story notes that I wish they had touched on and some scenes I would have just left out entirely, but overall I finished the show feeling like I wanted more?
I enjoyed Moon Knight as a solid self-contained story. I'd put it slightly below Loki/Wandavision in terms of quality. Was basically everything I expected. Oscar Isaac's performance was solid, although it did get a little grating by the end, with the constant personality switching/conflict. It also got a bit too clever at times, and the comedy wasn't always on point.
Coming up we have:
Ms. Marvel - I'm guessing that although this character is an Inhuman, they won't tie into the previous Inhuman series, which was a bit of a disaster. I'm assuming this show will be more children orientated.
She-Hulk - this has serious potential.
Secret Invasion - this has potential to be by far the best Marvel TV series.
I'll agree that Oscar Isaac did a great job. Episodes 4 and 5 I thought were some of the best we've seen in any of the Marvel series. But they did not do a great job of bringing it all together.
I think it is tied with Falcon for worst show. Wandavision is still my favourite followed by Loki. Hawkeye and Moon Knight were both very entertaining if nothing else.

The Following User Says Thank You to GreenLantern For This Useful Post:
- I get the device to skip some of the fights as he forgets them, but I figured that would be dropped by the last episode or two. How do you just skip over a fight with gods? Screamed budget constraint (whch there shouldn't be if the other Marvel properties are indicators). Mr. Knight wrecking those followers with batons. More of that please.
- Layla's final form was super lame compared to MK. Her face isn't even covered? Not even the right animal? Very weird.
- Ending left too open. Would have liked them to discover the Lochley within this narrative. Why didn't we get to see him FSU?
For me it's:
Loki
Spider-Man: No Way Home
WandaVision
What If...
Shang-Chi
Black Widow
Falcon and the Winter Soldier
Hawkeye
Moon Knight

Yeah, Layla's costume was super weak. That may have also been a budget constraint. She definitely needed a lot more to it.
Honestly kind of underwhelming considering the hype around the multiverse. It was very cool seeing Krasinski show up as Reed, but that was really the only jaw dropping moment. I do wish we got to explore the multiverse more than we did. We really only got to see two other universes and one of them was a dead world.
I felt it could have played to the strengths of the concept a little more.
This film is going to be divisive, especially by the female audience. I’m stunned that Marvel took one of their feminist icons and turned her into a mass murderer. Even in the comics Wanda has never crossed the line this far. I don't feel there was enough build up from the end of WandaVision to MOM to justify her going from traumatized hero to full on supervillain.
In saying that, villain Wanda was terrifying and the visuals were extremely unsettling.
I don't love how some big name heroes jobbed to Scarlet Witch. Mr. Fantastic and (especially) Professor X should have put up a much more of a fight, but in saying that it was really effective to show how powerful Wanda had become.
It was peak Sam Raimi, for better or worse. The horror elements with Wanda were really effective, but a big chunk of this was a mess.
Not really. Like all the Marvel D+ shows, it just was, not great but certainly not bad.
No, it was bad. By the end I just felt like the whole show was pointless - especially after episodes four and five where it started to get interesting.

I agreed, until I saw some online posts and tweets about how it was really inspiring for some little girls to see a female Egyptian superhero with big curly hair.
Then I realized that sometimes, it's okay to be a bit cheesy if the main purpose is to give children around the world hope that they too can be special. That heroes come in all shapes, sizes, genders and ethnicities.
