Princeton takes the best of 3 game series and eliminates Colgate from the ECAC tournament. And that is the end of Tim Harrison's college career. Colgate is too low in the pairwise rankings to have any chance at the national tournament.
If he joins the Heat on an ATO there might be mutual interest to start his pro career with the Flames (AHL or NHL).
^ he adds 1 assist to this year's totals in tonight's game

For comparison, Garnet Hathaway finished his college career with: 121 GP -- 20G/38A : 58P
They play a similar style of game. I wonder if there's a similar AHL contract to what Hathaway signed available? At this point, that's probably the best Harrison can hope for.

Already named Ivy League Rookie of the Year, Fox has had a tremendous year for the Crimson blue line. His 27 assists lead the team, while his 1.14 points per game mark ranks first among all defensemen in the country and fifth among all freshmen. His 22 points during league games tied for the conference lead among all defensemen. His 19 assists ranked third and he was the only defenseman in the top eight in that category in the league.
I'll be surprised if he doesn't win this. The other two finalists had good seasons, but nothing close to what Fox did as an 18 year-old defenceman. He's also quite a bit younger than the other two.

TSNGo is scheduled to show a Hockey East quarterfinal tomorrow but it is unclear as to which of 4 games they will be showing
It looks like NESN is showing the BU game tomorrow, so that's likely the feed TSN-Go will be picking up.
I hope that TSN-Go actually remembers to show the game this time. The last time I tried to watch a game on TSN-Go, I just got a "This game is already over" message through the entire game.

Exciting ending to the BU game. Just like last night, NU scored 2 in the first. BU scored one in the second and tied it in the third. Tonight, they didn't need OT to win it.
BU got a PP with less than 2 minutes left in the third, and scored the winner with less than 30 on the clock.
BU sweeps NU and will play in the Hockey East semifinal next Friday.

Harvard will play Quinnipiac in the ECAC Semifinal on Friday. They split their season series this year, with each team winning at home.
BU will take on their cross-town rivals, Boston College in the Hockey East semifinal. BU won all three games against BC this season (2 conference games plus 1 at the Beanpot).
Right now, BC is 16th in the Pairwise rankings that determine who gets invited to the NCAA tournament. With only 16 invites, plus guaranteed invites for Conference winners, 16th won't likely be enough for BC to get in. Since 1998, there have only been two years (2002 and 2009) where BC failed to get an invite to the NCAA tournament. I'm sure BU would like nothing more than to end BC's season.

I somehow feel justified for tracking Harrison these past four years, even though it looked clear early on that he wasn't going to be in the Flames' long-term plans...

Per ECHL site, #Flames pick Tim Harrison has signed an ATO with the Adirondack Thunder of the ECHL.
A chance for him to earn an AHL deal next season, I'd guess. Good for him.
