The title speaks for itself. Anyone know of any liquor stores open on christmas day?

Not gonna happen, hombre. It's illegal (yes, illegal) to sell booze in Alberta on xmas.

Raid your parents' liquor cabinet while you're over for dinner.

Not to be a stickler but that law is only for retail stores. Restaurants, bars and such can still sell the booze...
