If not, then we need a couple bargain bin vets to fill out the roster, because if Buddy Robinson and Zac Rinaldo are playing everyday on your 4th line you are in trouble. Especially when a couple of injuries will have them playing everyday on your 3rd line.

The dust has settled a little bit I can imagine that many of these players can be found at a reduced price. I don't know if I would be interested in any player beyond Josh Leivo at under a million.

Hoffman or Dadonov would provide a nice option for the top 6, but they both shoot left (can play the right wing though). Hoffman is more of a sniper, and Dadonov is more of a playmaker. Neither are very physical, nor do they play very strong defense.

I agree, short term for either is good. If you can get one of them on a one year deal with whatever cap we have left, it would be a big boost to the offense.

Oh I don't know. I'm guessing some guys on the UFA list are starting to get desperate for a place to play. There could be some real bargains available.

That's also true, the cap room we have isn't going to make much of a difference.

Still, I feel we could use one more guy. A solid two-way guy who is fast or physical.
