In this day and age where pro athletes are drilled about being responsible with handling their money, and the people all around them, this SOB manages to mess it up? That's completely on him and I hold no sympathy. In the late 90's and early 2000's, athletes just began to make a crazy living, and without guidance what they did was to some degree excusable. This nowadays isn't. That combined with his arrogance makes me actually laugh at his misfortune given the irony. Really dumb on his part.

After escrow, agent fees, taxes, etc there wouldn't be enough left over to pay that much debt.

just a joke...but he will be fine

Guy will continue to live the life of luxury...heck a few more bankruptcies and he can be president (or PM I guess)
