Was looking at the league standings. Doesn’t seem like the Flames are that bad. But they’re almost in the bottom 5 if you account for other team’s games at hand.
I’m guessing by the xmas break they might be there. Yikes.
If I’m Conroy I’m continuing with the youth try outs. I’d make sure Zary, Gilbert, Wolf, Pospisil stay with the big club no matter what. Coronato and Pelletier should be weaned in. I’d give Klapka a shot to see what he can do.
I would be actively shopping underperforming veterans like Dube. I’d probably bring the UFA saga to a head and work hard at moving the players not interested in staying. Which is probably all of them at this point.
I’d also be looking to see if there would be anyway to move Huberdeau and Markstrom’s contracts.

Landing Celebrini would be the ticket to a shortened rebuild/retool. Poised to breakout once the new rink opens up. It would definitely go a long way in turning things around to land the top pick next year.

I think Cayden Lindstrom has a chance to surpass Eiserman before the end of the year

That would be pretty insane. IMO there's a decent chance someone likes Eiserman more than Celebrini. The kid has 37 goals in 32 games this year with everyone keying on him.
Eiserman is a similar level of goalscoring talent to Bedard.
