Going to pass on this one.. Will check the score around 7:30 MST and look for 4-0 Habs.

Will watch the game later if there was anything interesting to watch it for.

Who plays Sports Select? This seems like a sure thing.

Do you have to bet on two games? PITT over STL seems to be the other one to go with.

I'll never go full Oiler and cheer for a loss, especially considering we're still perilously hanging on to a wild card spot. The team needs to man up and go on a serious run here. Johnny and Mony can't be invisible any longer (more so Monahan than Gaudreau), Brouwer needs to actually look like he's making an effort, Johnson (I assume he's starting) needs to rediscover his early season form, or at the very least not allow a muffin shot get by him and the top 3 defenseman need to seriously pick it up (Gio and Brodie more so than Hamilton). No more passengers, everyone needs to actually give a damn. Decisive Flames win, 4-1, sparking a 7 game win streak.

I like the way puppet rolls. Poutine and rippers. His life is more exciting than mine.

Yeah this team probably stays at rock bottom for a couple of games before showing some signs of life.

We probably shouldn't win tonight so we probably will. Then we'll lose a few more gimmes.

How so? Montreal is close to/is a world class city. Calgary...is not.

Just when I have resigned myself to the Flames' fate, they start to win. By that logic, tonight's game should be the start of the turnaround.

I have tried to restrain myself from posting because I can't fathom losing again after such a promising last few months.

This season isn't lost yet but the coaches need to do something to light a fire under their asses. No more bitching to the refs, more hitting and emotion, maybe sticking up for your teammates a bit more than we have ever seen. I would be pissed if I was the coach and I see JG getting roughed up and nobody on the ice coming in to sucker punch someone in the teeth. There is no emotion, not work ethic. That is the hardest part about watching.

I don't care that the other teams fans are laughing at us right now, I don't care about advanced stats, that means nothing. This team is flat, the coaches don't seem to be making the necessary decisions, it is like they don't know what to do.

I won't be watching the game again tonight. I just hope tomorrow morning I read some positives about their play today, because after reading about the game last night, I am glad I didn't waste my time.

That being said, I think they lose in OT. Price stands on his head (I have no idea if he is playing or not) and Monahan scores again.
