I need Windows 8.1 Pro though otherwise I'd go for it.

Not sure exactly what you mean. This isn't an RT system like the non-Pro Surface 1 and 2; it runs a full OS. So, you're OK unless, you mean you need 8.1 instead of 10.

Edit: Or do you mean 8.1 Pro vs. 8.1?

My favorite tablet was the original Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2

My next one will be the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro

It has a built in stand, it has a built in wall hanger, it has a built-in projector

Looks like a compelling product, but why was one of their focus groups consisting entirely of identical twins?

Look, here are some shots of Ashton Kutcher holding up a sketchbook! Here are some more of Ashton Kutcher holding up the product. Here's Ashton Kutcher pointing at the tablet with it's cover off. Ashton Kutcher had a talk with Mayim Bialik at a benifit for "save the children of ... he can't remember the country", but he decided to do smart too.

I do like that tablet however.

Get the Surface 3 instead of the Surface Pro 3 if price is a motivating factor. There is no more 'RT' version of the Surface. It's all full-fledged Windows now, none of that ARM stuff.

Yeah the Kutcher marketing is annoying but for an Android tablet, it's feature packed and because it uses a cylindrical battery in the grip portion (that makes it incredibly easy to hold), the battery life is amazing. I get days and days of battery life out of my first gen model.

It also has some of the best stereo sound separation I've heard on any device and the new one has a sub.
