Vladdy crushes another one right at a guy. It's uncanny now
Still puts up a 3 hit game but geez he should have another pile of hits this season.

Jays international signings.
Quote:
BALTIMORE – The Toronto Blue Jays have signed one Cuban pitcher and two Dutch hurlers with the international bonus pool money acquired in the trades of Kendrys Morales and Dwight Smith Jr., according to industry sources.
The deals were completed recently, sneaking in ahead of Saturday’s deadline for using 2018 spending slots and before the July 2 opening of this year’s signing period.
They picked up $1 million from the Oakland Athletics in the Morales deal plus another $500,000 from the Baltimore Orioles for Smith. Acquiring the spending slots so late in the period with the top players already signed forced the Blue Jays to be creative in identifying talent worth betting on.
The majority of their spending room was used on acquiring Yosver Zulueta, a 21-year-old righty from Cuba who has reportedly been clocked up to 98 m.p.h. and sits 94-95. He’s pitched for Granma in the Cuban National Series.
Out of the Netherlands, the Blue Jays signed 17-year-old right-handers Jiorgeny Casimiri and Sem Robberse, both of whom have played in the Dutch league – described as roughly equivalent to the D2 college level in the United States – and on the under-18 national team.
Casimiri, working as a reliever, has been up to 92-94, while Robberse, a starter, has been 84-87 with a good delivery and feel on the mound.
Earlier in the spring, they also signed 17-year-old Mexican right-hander Jonathan Bernal for roughly $100,000. He’s currently pitching for the Blue Jays’ entry in the Dominican Summer League.

Biggio with the solo bomb.
I'm liking Biggio. Great eye at the plate, decent power. Avg is low so far but he gets on base a pretty good clip.

I like Biggio too. Something about a guy who can take his walks that I can appreciate.
Vladdy's bad luck is starting to turn around as well.

Vladdy, Gurriel, Biggio and Jansen are combined 5 for 6 with a 2B a HR, 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Thats what we like to see. Young guys driving the bus.

Yep. And Bichette scheduled for AAA soon. Will make it fun to watch some games this summer.
I get so much joy watching how bad Chris Davis is. That dude is, and has always been, a ######. And all for 23 million per for 3 more years.

Gurriel with the solo dinger. Love it
His OPS is north of 1.000 since being called back up. Plus he looks like a serviceable left fielder to boot.

The funny thing with Bo is that he destroyed high A in his rehab stint. Some might think big whoop its only high A, he's a AAA player. However he would be one of the younger players if he was playing high A this year.

Biggio with another walk to load the bases.
He is such a breath of fresh air compared to most the Jays hitters and their hack hack hack approach.

Guerrero with his 3rd hit of the game with an RBI single.
Jays have batted around, still only one out and 6 runs plated.
