I will be attending the Heat game in Winnipeg at the end of the month, and was wondering if it's considered bad form to wear a Flames jersey to a farm team game? I haven't been to an AHL game before so I'm not sure what the normal practice is. Thanks!

Well, I just went to one in Oklahoma City and their fans all had Oilers jerseys on, and we had our Flames jerseys on. We sure had a lot of people ask us questions, they were VERY friendly. I think it's the normal thing to do as far as I can tell. Have fun! Cheer for Brodie!

Mazrim, I attend Heat games all the time. I see Flames jerseys, the opponent's NHL team jersey, I see Canucks jerseys (even when their not playing).

It's no problem at all to wear your Flames jersey. It's not like wearing a Flames jersey to a Prince George Cougars game (which makes about as much sense as wearing a Canucks jersey to a Heat game).

Well that's the thing...this is my first AHL game and possibly the last for a long long time. I'm not sure I'm THAT big of a fan of the Heat.

Now I see there was no reason to worry about jerseys. There was literally everything in there, from every Canadian NHL team, and yes...a rider jersey or two.

Heat outhustled and overall outplayed Manitoba (shots 45-23!), but the Moose were lucky that Lack played lights out and won the game for them.
