Having two phones is gross. I've done both and I would never carry two phones again. Just a pain and the commercial aspect isn't even a factor in that decision.

Well you may be in luck. US Justice Department is suing Live Nation and asking the courts to break them up.

Ok, maybe I need more coffee, but... How do I get access to the new key, that's in the new box, without the new key, that's in the new box?

It was probably taped to the notice you discarded.

Usually when you’re getting new keys you have to go to your local Canada post office at shoppers drug mart or wherever to pick them up

"We" got a notice and everything about the mail generally falls under "our" responsibility, so now "we" are trying to find solutions online.
But if that's how it goes, then yes, most likely "we" discarded the key along with the notice.

I seem to recall we got a notice before the swap that said to fill in a form on the canada post website to figure out which location to go to pick it up. Then you go there, show ID and you pick up your keys like you would picking up a parcel.
https://www.canadapost-postescanada....y-mailbox.page
I didn't do the online form though. I got a second notice before the replacement that said which canada post location to go to and bring photo I'd with the correct address when the new box was installed.

Someone finally called bylaw regarding the barking dogs of our neighbours. I didn’t want to be the one to do it and have the awkward situation with a neighbour. So what grinds my gears? Well they called bylaw on us accidentally thinking we were the house with the barking dogs, I only found out because two people from the street behind us have talked to us in the past day and realized it wasn’t our house with the dogs barking. At least we got to meet a couple of the neighbours I guess, they were going to call the city and update their complaint also, just would have been nice if they investigated just a little more in the first place.

As a veteran of calling bylaw on dogs I have bad news for you: bylaw won't do jack squat.
I've even done the 30-day journal of times of day of barking and stuff. Goes nowhere.
The only real way to get action now is to assume the dog has been abandoned outside and call to say you're concerned the poor pupper is scared, hungry and has no shelter...maybe the owners went out of town unexpectedly and left the dog or maybe it's somebody's lost dog that got trapped in a yard accidentally? It's ridiculous, but if you call out of fake concern for the barking banshee they'll send somebody over right away. If you call for concern about your own sanity and the illegality of the dog barking they dgaf.

I was having a good day today.
And then it just popped into my mind that my buddy killed himself today 8 years ago.

That the fellow that passed and Feist sang at his service? Sorry to hear that, man. Those anniversaries are always very sad.

No that was another friend of mine from high school.
I've had a fair amount of suicide in my friend group.
Thanks.

A friend of mine killed himself eight years ago, too. I don’t remember the date. I doubt it’s the same guy. He left a wife and two sons aged roughly 10 and 12.
