Cancelled - Vancouver Hotel Booking July 27-30

So this is a bit of a long shot but I thought I would post it on here anyways. I have a booking at a hotel in Vancouver (Coast Coal Harbour Hotel APA) from July 27-30. Unfortunately it is a non-refundable booking and my plans have changed for that weekend. If anyone is in Vancouver that weekend and looking for a hotel. I am offering it for $300/night which is well below regular rates. It is the Comfort King Suite with 1 bedroom (2 people). Link below is to the hotel website:

Are you certain the booking is transferable? I thought, much like plane tickets, online hotel bookings, particularly those bought at a discount, are not transferable and the person checking into the hotel has to present ID matching the name on the reservation?

Yes I called them about it. I would have to call in a switch before they refunded along with the person U am transferring to. I don't think the restrictions are the same as it with flights. I know it's a no go with air miles for example.

Regardless, they actually did me a solid and refunded the full amount because they have demand that week. So I no longer need to sell it. Thanks for the questions and interest. Sorry FlamesFanStrandedInEdm...hope you are able to find a good deal for September!
