Our organization has started a walking contest. Basically we're using an app that has zombies chasing teams and you have to use steps to power up to kill them and to keep ahead of them.
For the first week each person needs to do 4000 steps and it increases to 10,000 steps by the last week. I think each person is going to walk about 200 kms in that span
Anyways, I have my usual fair on Spotify to walk to. But I wanted to see if you all had interesting and good songs for walking.
Consider this like a workout soundtrack for slower people.

Audiobooks or podcasts. If you go through audible for the audiobooks, get a 1 month free trial and then a couple days before the month expires cancel the auto-renewal. If you're not walking like an Egyptian you're not really walking. You could also slip out the back. Just don't hop on the bus. That would defeat the point. You could strut like a stray cat. But don't go out after midnight, in the star light. It's too lonely. Maybe take your dinosaur with you. He'll need a walk anyway. Finally, make sure you have good boots, ones that were made for walking. You'll have happy feet.
