Free agent courting period news and rumors
The UFA interview period opened at 12:01AM ET on Sunday June 23.
The RFA contact period opens at 12:01AM ET on Wednesday June 26 after the qualifiying offer deadline on 5pm ET Tuesday June 25

TSN reporting that Panarin and Bobrovsky have meetings with the Panthers on Monday. Panthers priority is Bobrovsky but would love to convince both to sign.

Not that it’s super exciting or anything, but I would bet on Vanek coming back to Buffalo on a cheap-ish contract. There was an interview with him shortly after Krueger was hired raving about how awesome Krueger is and how great he was to play for.

I hope it happens. Would be cool if he could play another year or two, and a sort of "coming home" would be nice. The ways he's talked about Krueger in the past, I certainly wouldn't be surprised.

Is it true that the player agent for the 3 Russians we have added the past month or so is the same agent for Panarin?

16 goals last year too, on a bad Detroit team, so he can still produce. I'd be fine with a 1 yr/$3mil or even a 2 yr/$2.5mil -- still have a Vanek jersey so would be fun to bust that out again.

Nope. Dan Milstein doesn't represent them. Paul Theofanus does.

He was but Panarin fired him in February and switched to Paul Theofanous as Freeway stated.
