They should sentence him to being in a terminal with all the people that were delayed and inconvenience.

And a life time ban from boarding any airline.

I'd imagine eco-terrorists will ramp things like this up at airports around the world to slow down air travel.

Locally, could also see them start targeting refineries and oil and gas facilities.

Or, you know, strap a bomb to it and fly it into a plane.

You don't really need a bomb as much as you can fly it into an engine.

The pair have been released without charges, and police are now entertaining the possibility that there was no drone.

So what were they seeing then? How could there not be confirmation of a drone?

67 sightings though none were from anyone official, a lot of 'I saw a drone while on the can' sightings from Joe Public

Well that raises the question of how do they make 2 arrests with no confirmation of a drone even being there?

The 2 were released without charge, looks like they may have just arrested some poor anorak that likes drones

He's probably regretting helping them out with his drone when they were looking for a lost dog or something!!!

'who was that guy with a drone we used to find Fido last month? he looked a bit weird, pick him up'

The 47-year-old man and 54-year-old woman, from Crawley, West Sussex, had been arrested on Friday night.

If ever there were a stereotypical pair of ne'er-do-wells, it would clearly be these two.
