I'm starting to believe that Brown didn't know there was another week. Probably thought that his ankle if it got worse would prevent him from being in the wildcard game this week.

Last week he asked the Bucs to guarantee the $2 million in incentives and they rightfully declined. Between that and him not seeing the targets he needed for his incentives I get the feeling he just melted down and hit the point of no return as he did with the Raiders when Mayock fined him for missing practice. I wonder how long until he burns through all his earnings and ends up in jail or on the street.

AB's 30 for 30 is gonna be a week long miniseries instead of the usual two hour ones.

Yeah but unlikely to reach them.
Needed 25 catches for a bonus, 255 yds for another and 3 TD's for the last one.
Maybe gets the yardage one if breaks a couple for long gains, but since he was "injured" that was pretty dubious as well.

In fairness, he was playing against the Jets and expected to put up 200 yards and 3 TDs. Trust the Brits to get the real scoop.

This is all part of the process. Start out with the worst possible candidates to set the bar extremely low, then when they hire someone bad, but not Bill O'Brien for instance, fans will accept it. It's genuinely hard to believe that if not for an early whistle we might be within a five year period of the Jags as Super Bowl champs. Take Trevor out of there and it might be the most hopeless situation in recent league history.

So there’s a scenario where at Kickoff, both Chargers and Raiders could advance with a tie. Losing would eliminate one of them.

It's fun the think of the tie scenario, but let's not delude ourselves into thinking the Jags can win. Like I get the Colts recent history down there isn't great, but the Jags have quit on their season for quite sometime now, in addition to just straight up being terrible. Colts would have to throw the game really.

We all know the Chargers will find a way to lose. It's their destiny.

The Colts have lost six straight road games to the Jags, who have been a horrible team for much of that streak.

Horrible can still beat good if they care. The Jags players checked out two months ago. If the Colts were playing the Lions or Jets or Texans, who are clearly still trying, that'd be one thing. The Jags just want the season over and have been mailing it in for a while now.

Any team that even thinks about signing him is doing themselves and him a massive disservice.

I picked the Chiefs today, that is why they look like dog poo.
