Understandable. I guess my advice to you is to not freak out about it. It has little to no impact to your physical health, and it will only affect your mental health if you allow it.
What is happening today is wild for sure, but try to not let it freak you out. Because it can't hurt you. And it will probably barely affect your life as you know it.
I am not saying this to be insulting or demeaning. Just to be supportive.
