On a totally unrelated note, both referees tonight just purchased new Ferraris with money they won at the casino betting on hockey games...

Calls that aren't based on discretion should absolutely be reviewed.

I'll be less pissed if Peters trashes the refs again

I also think it's important to note that for all that talk of depth, this is a one line team. Outside of them & tkatchuk, there's nobody on this team with any finish.

Bennett and Jankowski continue to show absolutely no skill in scoring at the nhl level. The 'so close, good try bros'.

Just cause you don't like Tkachuk and Hathaway mucking it up out there (ref was getting a kick out of something there) doesn't mean you look the other way for San Jose all night.

That was absolutely disgusting. And as much as I don't like the puck over the glass rule that was clear as day. The NHL should be embarrassed but like always they turn a blind eye and just fine any coach or player who calls them out.

I haven’t been that angry watching a game in a long time. I woke up my 3 kids yelling at the refs. Absolute bush league.

Not to mention Gio getting called for hooking when Pavelski is blatantly holding his stick the entire duration.
Not to mention the slew foot by Kane on Backlund, the high stick "shot follow through" on Tkachuk, the slash to Johnny's hands... I could go on but it's getting embarrassing.

We’re lucky to even have a win in this California trip.

Switch the lines a little.
Unlucky to not have two. Or at least another point or two. They deserved one in Anaheim, could have snagged one tonight as well.

The refs had a 60 minute effort tonight, they did not take a shift off. They knew where they wanted to take this game and they got the job done.

Refs sucked, but so did the flames. We didn't deserve that win.

Which still has been called as a penalty every time I’ve seen it before.

If the faceoff stayed in the SJ zone, the refs ruled that SJ was the team that batted the puck out of play.

...

Garbage.

Flames gagged on two tap ins and a penalty shot in the third, too bad they wasted a game Mike Smith showed up for...

Too many Grade A chances missed. Not going to win many games with one goal.

Bad road trip in regards of offensive production. Lack of finish for the team right now.
Flames not the best at drafting
