I have never been an Arizona fan but they really beat the best opponent of the 4 teams that advanced in the west. The Wild were pathetic and all ways lose(even when they had a good team), Winnipeg had two key injuries and the Oilers oiled.

This will be an interesting series and I’d like to see Arizona start picking at Kadri and apply all the playoff shenanigans to a skilled Colorado team. I think Arizona wins this.

I think Arizona's defensive structure and great goaltending match up really well against the Avs and their desire to play high octane hockey.

Should be an interesting series and an upset would not be shocking IMO.

I want to see the Avs get embarrassed like how they embarrassed the Flames last year. Kuemper shuts the door and Arizona takes it in 4.

I'm gonna say Yotes in 6. They're gonna play the Avs similar to how the Jackets played Tampa last year. the Coyote's goalie's going to get inside the heads of the Avs after he shuts them out the first game.

This is the first time the two teams will play each other in the NHL playoffs. They did play each other twice in the WHA playoffs back in the 1970s when the teams were based in Winnipeg and Quebec City.
