You are correct, he hasn't been cut due to his injury as injured players cannot be officially demoted. I do believe he will count against the cap for the Flames until he is healthy too.

Well, still a very young D, but a good mix.
Pascal IMO did a decent job of shoring up the forward group with solid vets.
If that team gets decent goaltending they should be playoff bound IMO.
