Goldeneye intro, which ends with Bond driving a motorcycle off a cliff then jumping off and entering a pilotless plane while in freefall is pretty good.
I'm so glad I wasn't the only one to come into this thread to post Goldeneye.
That movie and N64 game were my childhood. I rewatched all the Bond movies a few years ago and this one still holds up, as campy as the Brosnan films were.
The beginning of Two Towers was one of my favorite moments in the whole trilogy; to relive the balrog movie from the previous movie, but then follow gandalf when he fell.

I enjoyed this opening. Definitely not GoaT or anything, but enjoyable.

Boogie Nights b/c it's a pretty cool 3 minute continuous camera shot.
Love tracking scenes to open movies, and Boogie Nights is a great one. Touch of Evil might have it beat, at 3:30. Incredible suspense with the bomb in the car.

Someone find the opening sequence of Serenity. That was bonkers. It's a voiceover narration that turns out to be a classroom that turns out to be a dream sequence that turns out to be a recording being watched by the antagonist years later. Who the hell does that? Joss Whedon the hell does that.
