Wings trade (for review?)
Think this has to go here?
Anyway, Leafs send Johan Larsson (C/LW/RW) and a (Chicago's) fourth To Red Wings for Tristan Jarry (G).

not sure which GM is under review here but I sure wouldn't be moving Jarry for that combo.

Goalies are always at a premium and Jarry has started well with Pit.
Both players are second round picks but Larsson looks to be a plugger.
I think it would be even if it was Larsson and a 2nd.

Jarry will be stuck behind Murray barring a trade. Don't forget, he's currently a back-up in real life, this little run he's been on notwithstanding.

true but with Murray's history of getting hurt it could easily turn into a 1A, 1B situation.

Pretty clear where I stand, I am only going to vote no if it is a massive lopsided deal. This is minor. Must vote yes.

On first glance yes, but thought about it, and Larsson is a 4th liner on a terrible team, and Jarry should get good stats with pittsburgh, and he has been a strong goalie in juniors and the AHL, so said no

I just find it funny. Really? We are arguring about a 2nd or a 4th? In a deal for a backup goalie? Trades are fun. Let them happen.

Agreed^
This is hardly a large enough gap to consider this lopsided. It gets a yes from me
