Man Kylington is such an important player. I hope we can re-sign him and he plays a lot next few years.

Interference much?

Big slow team and they just "get in the way" of players going for the puck because they'd lose the race for it.

This Capitals team feels like that Tampa team who played the 1-3-1 years ago.

Why is Coronato stuck with Greer?

Nice little move from Coronato. Would love to see him take another step. I do think he is going to be a very good player.

Because he hasn't done anything to earn better linemates. I'm shocked he's even in the NHL right now. He clearly isn't ready. His defensive game needs a lot of work.

Yep agreed. The tools are there, he needs to earn it. Work a bit on his skating as well.

Huberdeau and Kadri haven't clicked together all the previous times they've been paired up, but give them a new line mate and anything is Pospisil.

Don't think I've seen anyone win a faceoff and then it get whistled down more than Kadri has.

Not sure I how I feel about Hanley. I like Okhotiuk more .

Hanley to me looks like filler/ballast. I know defense isn't sexy or anything but it's just a giant meh feeling with what Ha let brings to the table.

Because the Backlund line is set, Kadri-Huberdeau-Pospisil is a thing now, and that leaves a couple mixed up lines. Greer isn’t without some ability - he scores at close to the same rate.
