We could potentially finish with 3 30G Fs and 2 10G D. I haven't looked around the league to see if that's common this year or not, but it seems like shouldn't be.
(Especially when you consider we traded away a 10G D too.)
Edit: There are only 19 D in the league with 10+ goals so far this season. If Andersson gets 3 more, he would be the third just on the Flames alone (Hanifin had 11 here before the trade).

Looking at the Hockey Reference it's almost surprising how few goalies hit 100 wins with 1 team, typically you should be averaging ~400 - 450 Wins / decade. and it seems pretty normal that half the wins come from 1 guy and the other half come from a rotating cast of 1-2 year goalies, that get between 40 and 80 wins with the team. It says a lot about how hard it is to find a consistent NHLer in that position.

A vegas loss yesterday could have made this game so much more interesting. Flames could have been 4 back with a win tonight.
Alas, they're back to being 8 out heading into tonight.
Even if Flames win tonight and get to within six, Vegas has two more games before Flames play next on Saturday. Tough to see that six point gap not being 8 or even 10 before Saturday's tough test in Vancouver.
Yes, before you weigh in, I'm well aware of how extremely unlikely a playoff spot is. No need to remind me.

I was never watching Vegas down the stretch, it is LA we might have been able to catch.

Raise your hand if you thought Coleman would be leading the Flames this late in the season.
