I wish Ken stayed around. I’ll stop watching again when lady takes over again.

My God she is bad.
Seriously, my wife will not watch her on Jeopardy, she feels she ruins the entire thing.
How long is she on for on this stint? I thought she was only doing tournaments?

Her sitcom is doing worse this season than the first when everyone was shocked it was renewed, so it's only a matter of time before Fox cans it, clearing the way for her to be named the permanent host.

Then I'm going to have a serious problem. I love watching Jeopardy with my wife. I can mostly loo past Bialik and try and enjoy the game, but my wife cannot stand her.
Understandably. She is an awful host. She is just straight up bad at it.
I already have to watch Flames games without my wife, adding a nightly show to things she wont watch with me? Thats a tough ask. It'll end up getting dropped.

Did not expect Mayim to be back tonight...
I don't dislike her, but her hosting doesn't even compare to the effortless job that Ken does. I saw a recent interview she did on a talk show recently and she admitted that she had never watched the show before guest hosting, and it shows with how robotic she sounds.
There were a few moments tonight where she slowed the game down unnecessarily, like when she hesitated to rule Auburn as a correct answer even though Purdue was acceptable for another clue.
Since the execs seem so dead set on her hosting in some capacity, I'm fine with her hosting primetime events and tournaments (except the Tournament of Champions), just give us Ken for the syndicated episodes.

I do. Not as much as my wife but...if viewers just wanted a robot to read a cue-card they could probably put something together with Stephen Hawking's rig.
Bialik is pretty much just 'a human delivering responses to stimuli.'
Barely.

AI is so good now that a bot backed by Watson could easily do the job. I would actually be interested in seeing how a few episodes would play out without a human host.

The bigger issue I had was how bland and slow the players are. The champ is Slooooooooow.
Again it RGMG when they don't get to all the questions.

Tonight's game was pretty exciting.
Saying Crazy Rich Asians instead of Shang-Chi was a big oof.

I’m starting to think Amy lost so she wouldn’t have to put up with Bialik

So uhh I didn't think I'd get any questions right in the opera category in tonight's episode, but I got two right! I live four blocks away and I've never heard of the Mamdani Opera Centre.

"Get your rodeo on during the 10 days of its stampede & also mosey over to the Mamdani Opera Centre"
Never heard of the Opera Centre, but the first half of that clue was enough

I too said "Calgary?!?!?!" As I tried to come up with another city that would be known for its 10 day rodeo.
Sydney was pretty easy too.
I was shocked the two that didn't get Final.

Near epic fail tonight.
Leader has 19K heading into Final Jeopady
2nd place has 17K
2nd place gets FJ right to double up to 34K
Leader gets it right and has to have bet $15K + $1 to win.
She bets $15K on the nose to create a tie. Epic math fail.
She won the tie breaker to save it, but my goodness what a huge math error.

My wife and I are lifelong, steadfast jeopardy fans.
We have stopped watching
