Just asking, if a guy is a ufa prospect in the system I have to wait till July to sign them or can I do it now?

it's Jiri. He has had problems with PMs for some reason ... IIRC you can't send any PMs to his account and you'll get an error if you try. Therefore Jiri has set up that Wild GM account, so if you want to send him a message, you'll have to use that one.

Yup. It is annoying as hell but the Jiri account (this one) won't accept any PMs. Changed out of the blue about a year ago and we don't know why.
