Ongoing UFA Signings Thread
Figured I'd get this started based on the discussion in the other UFA thread.
Again, the purpose of this thread is to post once you have extended an offer to a UFA player. Posting in this thread that you made an offer does not mean anything in the signing process as that is still done via email and players are awarded on a first come first serve bases.
The point of this thread is to A) help reduce the amount of redundant request that go into the league and B) Help GMs understand if there are unprocessed offers on a player prior to making an UFA offer.

I didn't know Radulov was available yet as per your previous post.I thought was to be an 'open bid process' as well.
I can't find any news on him signing a contract today yet either, although that is clearly a matter of time.
