Powerplay Quarterback

Hopefully found his game again to warrant a 1 way ticket. I’ve also liked and rooted for Lazar to succeed. Great kid

Return of the Lizard.
We'll see if it is apparent to him that he is an NHL player.

Would be interesting to see if Lazar or Czarnik draw in tomorrow. I wouldn't mind both of them stepping in and maybe sitting Mangiapane for a game.

Was hoping it would be him. He has rebuilt his confidence in the minors. No excuses now best of luck Lazar!

Nice to see, what does this mean when Neal is back? Lazar needs to go through waivers if they want to send him back down right?

Good catch.
That makes this call-up more intriguing. If he shows well, is Lazar here for the remainder of the year?
He would likely clear regardless, I imagine.

Not because he's sent down. If he requires waivers it will depend on how long he's up. But after the trade deadline the roster limit is gone so he can stay anyway.

I'd send Czarnik and not shed any tears if he's taken on waivers.

I'm not sure if Czarnik will even be here past the 25th. It just hasn't worked with him and Peters. He undoubtedly chose Calgary for opportunity, and he just hasn't found that here.

I think he is what Boston decided he was. Good in the AHL. Just not quite good enough for the NHL. And too small.

I could see a rebuilding team with an eye for analytics taking a shot at Czarnik perhaps in lieu of a pick for a more veteran rental that Calgary could use.

Loved him when he captained the World Junior team.
He's one of those people you can't help but like.
Here's hoping he knocks this opportunity out of the park.
